Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Money deducted but flight booking not done | |
Hi, I tried booking flight ticket from goibibo. I initiated the ticket booking and then selected source and the destination. After selecting the seat goibibo asked for the payment. I did payment from phone pe UPI, but after that it doesn't automatically redirected to goibibo site. My account debited with amount 4295 rs. But ticket details are not available in the app. Even I haven't received any sms or email confirmation on the ticket. Please help with refunding my amount. Was this information helpful? | |
