Ibibo Group / Goibibo — My refund is not processed yet | |||
Hi tea, m, I have booked a flight for dated 11th july under pnr ucn6gn and this flight got cancelled by airlines (Goair). I reached to airlines and they confirmed that that refund has been processed for pnr# ucn6gn on 15 july 2020 to my travel agent's (Goibibo's) account. But goibibo is claiming that airlines has refunded full amount in a credit shell/credit voucher instead of account. I do not understand why goibibo is not refunding me if it is already refunded from airlines. It is been almost two months now goibibo has blocked my hard earned money and all the numbers of goibibo are out of order. I need money in this pandemic and i request you help me to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have hired a lawyer and pursuing a case against Goibibo if you want I can include your concern.the better the more numbers it will easier to put a case on them.
