Ibibo Group / Goibibo — my ticket not refunded. | |
I had booked my flight from Dehradun (Uttarakhand) to OMAN on 15 of MAY 2019.(JET airways.) My account debited Rs.15886 for this flight and my ticket was confirmed however a day before arrival my flight was cancelled and Goibibo told me that they will refund my amount and after that i booked another ticket for OMAN with extra charges. Still Goibibo haven't refunded my amount I called them several times and they still saying they will refund it in 3 to 4 working days. Was this information helpful? | |
