Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No refund made after bus cancellation | |||||
I had made two bus bookings through GoIbibo and had to cancel the trip. I had made the payment through Freecharge. After around 2 weeks after cancellation I dint get the refund, so i complained for same. For which it was told that I will be getting m recharge after 5-7 working days but even after 2 weeks I dint get any refund. I wrote another follow up mail but the response remained same(automated mail) and even after 1 month I have not received my refund. Its really frustrating seeing the ignorance of Goibibo.
