Dear Customer Support Team, This is in regard to booking id: TUAKDW33W PNR: XUMBUR On 19/04/19, I received a call regarding the cancellation of all my Jet Airways bookings dated 12/7/19 and 22/8/19 and they ensured I shall receive full refund. I am writing this mail to get an update about the refund for my cancelled tickets as it has been more than 2 year and I haven't received a single penny.
