Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No refunding of cancelled flight amount

I booked a ticket on Air Asia flight I5 556 from Kolkata to Chennai for three persons with PNR F4MKKA for travel on 18th May 2020 Goibibo app. Due to COVID19 the flight was cancelled and the amount was refunded to Goibibo by Air Asia on 29th Oct 2020. But Goibibo has not refunded the amount to my booking instrument and has kept it in it's wallet which it says belongs to my account. Despite of my many attempts to request refund, none of them have gone through because the app is designed in such way not accept such refund requests. You can check for yourself whether my allegations are true or not. This is surely their tactic to not refund the amount and keep it in their wallet. ( Ironically, how can they keep my wallet when I didn't ask them to?)
