Ibibo Group / Goibibo — no response and not cancelling customer air ticket request. | |||||
I booked my air ticket on 26/02/20, ticket number 176-[protected], PNR number L2FY6W, in Emirates air lines. Due to corona virus problem, as i am from a affected country, I dropped my plan of travel. So i tried to contact Goibibo by call. There was no response. In the application menu, I tried for cancellation. It also not working.There is no mail ID to contact and they are not even contacting me for this problem. Goibibo is trying to theft the money from the customer by not responding up to the minimum cancellation period . I spent 66000 for the same. I booked through ICICI credit card. They said I should contact Marchant to cancel the same. They they are ready to help me. In this crisis situation, an Indian app like Goibibo is exploiting customers values. I am requesting for the cancelation for the last few days. But they are not responding. I need a solution. Even the customer teams not responding.
