Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Non receipt of refund of cancelled air ticket PNR No.NSZTFB for flight 6E2265 on 01/01/2021 from Delhi to Kolkatta | |||
It is to inform you that I had booked an air ticket on Indigo flight No.6E2265 from Delhi to Kolkata and 6E331 from Kolkata to Dimapur on 22 Dec 2020 for journey on 01/01/2021 and 2/01/2021 respectively. But unfortunately flight No. 6E2265 from Delhi to Kolkata was cancelled by the airline due to operational reasons. Accordingly, I had to cancel my air tickets issued against PNR No. NSZTFB but refund of Rs.4630.00 has not yet been received even after lapse of 6 months. Was this information helpful? | |||
