[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non-refund | |||||
I had booked a ticket with goibibo in december 2017 for travelling on 19th feb 2018, 4 days before departure, the flight was cancelled. Indigo agreed to refund full amount and cancelled the ticket on my request. 2 days later indigo confirmed they have given the credit to goibibo. As of 13 march 2018, the amount is still not credited to me. After umpteen follow-ups, the goibibo team keeps saying they have initiated the transfer and it takes 8-10 days for funds to be credited.
