Respeted Sir, I have booked the ticket from Lucknow to Ahmedabad, PNR no 09hfgg by GOAIR from your esteemed company. The flight was cancelled by goair. Immediately I lodged complain to [protected]@goibibo.com, I got return E mail where they inform Lodge complain on line for Refund.NOW THE PROBLEM STARTS PROBLEM 1. I am 66 years old at the time of booking perheps i would have given wrong mobile no. but my mail id is correct. 2. Whenever I tried to lodge complain on line it ask for Mobile no and when i give mobile no it does not allow me to go further. 3. I tried to contact your consumer care no but same due to Mobile No it does not allow me to move further. Request 1. Please arrange to refund the money in same account from where the money was paid.
