Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not providing refund | |||
I booked a ticket PNR: GQ9BSR. The ticket had to be cancelled because of corona virus. I called airlines to reschedule the ticket they cancelled the old ticket as an exception and booked a new ticket. The new ticket was Rs 5530 cheaper indigo airlies said I need to call goibibo for refund.. When I call goibibo they say no refund request received. But when I enter my old PNR it clearly says that 5530 needs to be refunded. Request goibibo to pls refund the hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
