[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — over a month and didn't receive refund against cancelled booking | |||
My pnr no is [protected], travel date was on 09th of may, when i booked my booking status was on wait list, uptill my travel schedule my booking was not confirm. I have been penalized by Ticket checker (TC), 1k INR per ticket as per irctc rule if booking is rejected due to any reason than passenger gets full refund, however it is more than 1 month but still i didn't got any refund. I am surprised that their is no follow up email or sms or call from goibibo which leads to spam. I wrote 4-5 emails to you guys but still i didn't got any reply from you again poor service and seems as an spam.
