[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment debited but transaction failed message | |
I have registered for cult 10k run - hyderabad - 24th march. Payment made through net banking option - bank of india. Transaction i'd - [protected]. Amount 629.10. Registration i'd - 1583-5c9064149c277. But it said transaction failed. And asked to make payment again. So, i paid again with credit card and was successful. Transaction i'd - [protected]. But when i checked my bank account, it was also debited. So, i have been debited twice for the same transaction. I request refund of bank payment as it said transaction failed.
