Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment deducted from bank account - NOT CREDITED to the beneficiary

Sir,
This is regarding my payment of Property Tax done to PANVEL MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, through a payment link provided by the Corporations website, with details as per received from my bank as under,
Date - 25/01/2021
Payment from - UNION BANK OF INDIA - KARJAT
Amt - 23, 535/-
Beneficiary Nick Name - IBIBO WEB PVT LTD
Ref. ID[protected]
utr no. - [protected]
Transaction Status - SUCCESS

But to my surprise, the transaction didnt clear on the Corporation website, and payment failure showed up. Inspite of multiple verbal & written requests to the Corporation, the payment is still not credited, either back to me, or to the corporation.

Requesting you to clear up with the matter, and issue a refund to the earliest.
