Payment deducted from my debit card but booking was not confirmed, later when i tried to contact customer service i got no response, neither from the toll free number nor from the email. 24*7 gocare support is a misnomer. Very much disappointed. there is no booking id since booking was never confirmed. thanks to paypal for sharing the transaction details with me, , , that's all I am having with me.
atleast you bothered to reply me here, I am continuously calling on your customer helpline numbers but they are facing huge volume pf calls since days. I am not able to register my complaint at HELP menu of mobile app because my booking was never confirmed so I am not having any booking id.
Money was deducted from my debit card and successfully transferred to your account, please proceed the refund as soon as possible.

1. Nobody has a duty to provide free assistance, which you named "help" and to execute job without the fair remuneration.
2. It is impossible to conclude regarding the validity and the outcome of the dispute completely,
following such indefinite text of your public complaint as
the payer has not attached the payment DOCUMENTS in full.
3. The complaint stating exact request, all requisites shall be addressed to the issuer of payment document:-
- the bank, or
- the merchant, or
- he operator of the site (agent).
4. Further, if the claim is not satisfied in full in 15 days max, the passenger can claim the loss via the district or the customers court of the state, where he or she is residing.
The expected expenses start from:-
- 100 or 2000 rupees for the filing of the claim before the customers or before the district court ;
- 4000 rupees for the assistance of the legal professional before the court,
