[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment Fraud with Hotel Booking | |||
Booking ID:HTLUB4U87C I made a UPI Payment of 14959 for my booking through Scan and Pay from my ICICI bank IBiz application. My account has been debited about 30 minutes ago but the booking page didn't update and I have not received any message or email of confirmation. I am not showing any upcoming booking on the portal. Aug 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted them through Twitter. I got a response saying that they didn't receive payment. The payment was refunded after about 15 days. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
