Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment not received & wrong update on portal | |
Due to COVID-19 pandemic I have cancelled my Flight journey dt. 07.06.2020 .After cancellation airline AIR ASIA have refunded my booking amount to my traveler agent GOIBIBO. From GOIBIBO, 11th Sep 2020 I received message that my refund amount Rs.11131/- is in process. On 17th Sep 2020 my GOIBIBO portal shown that amount refunded. Since I not received the refund so I contact to GOIBIBO helpdesk, they taken my account detail but till today i.e. 16th Jan 2021 no refund came . On my complaint to GOIBIBO every time I am getting same reply that I get refund within 5-7 days but refund not coming. Tickets Numbers :[protected], 31810433, 31799442, 31789409, 31845005, 31870843, 31880343 during last 3 month I raised tickets with GOIBIBO all are marked closed by GOIBIBO with same reply that refund came within 5-7 days.
