[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment transfer from bank account and ticket not booked and deny for refund | |
I've booked the flight ticket using the goibibo mobile app and the payment is successful from the google pay. But still in their app booking status in progress and i've called them and convey query they told me your ticket will book soon. I've wait for 2hr but ticket was not booked and i've called again they are telling like we did not received the payment. I've checked with my bank the payment was transferred to upi: [protected]@hdfc but they still say that we did not received the payment. I've also attached the proff for the amount deducted from my bank account i kindly request to you to please help me.
