[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment was deducted and my flight booking was not made | |
I have booked a flight ticket from kolkata to indore (Which is a round trip). The transaction was dated 06th may 2019. The mode of payment was upi. But my ticket was not confirmed and the ticket fare of amount rs 5963 was also deducted from my bank account. The paytm upi has successfully transferred money from paytm. But goibibo was unable to book a ticket. Please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
