Ibibo Group / Goibibo — railway booking refund not giving. | |
I have 2 railway bookings done through goibibo on 16th april from kalaburgi to ltt junction. Pnr [protected] and 2nd ticket reference id is trnafm70u14860. Due to lockdown extenshion train was cancelled and after that i raised complaint on goibibo many times for refund 1st they said i will get refund 24hr+3days bcoz i done the booking from private bank. Later after few days they said it will take 24hr+5days. I again waited now its more than 9days and yet i have not received my refund money. Also they have closed the ticket without resolution and i think they have blocked my number bcoz i am unable to reopen the ticket and i am not getting any response. Such pathetic service and why they are not refunding. I am following the policy as per goibibo but now they are not even responding. I am taking this issue to social media on facebook, twitter, consumer forum. I am not gonna stop until they refund my money. My mobile number is [protected].
