[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — recharge of my jio mobile | |||
I have recharged my jio mobile number [protected] yesterday by making online transfer of rs.419 from your site as rs.399 recharge plus rs.20 processing charges. My bank "indiab bank" informed me that they debited my saving account but no recharge took place to my jio mobile number as above. I did not receive any refund also from your end for failing to give effect to this transaction. Pl sort out immediately and ensure that my recharge of jio is effected or refund my money rs.419 which are transferred to you. Was this information helpful? | |||
