[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund against GOAIR pnr UE5UGX

I have booked the flight ticket for Goair airlines with PNR UE5UGX for 26th March 2020, due to Covid 19, all flights were cancelled and but I didnt got the refund.
Then in December I called Goair airlines for the same. They processed the payment to Goibibo on 16th Dec 2020 but Go-ibibo didn't credited the amount to card through which it was booked though in a sent mail they stated they have credited to account on 22nd Dec 2020 and will reflect in 3-4 days. But not done till yet.

Then in Feb, I managed to ping Go-ibibo support online and asked for refund or else i will complaint legally, on 7th Feb i received a call from ibibo support team saying that they haven't refunded due to technical errors they couldn't got card details.
And asked neft details in email through [protected]@goibibo.com but till now they haven't refunded .

Kindly do the needful & oblige
