[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund amount is less | |
Hi team, I booked a round trip ticket for myself and sreeraj on 16th feb 2020 for a travel to hanoi from kolkata and back dated 30th september to 10th october 2020 for ₹34419, pnr gq1ejr. However, the airline, indigo informed me that the flight is cancelled due to covid and the full refund will be processed to my original payment method. So i should get full refund but goibibo processed a refund of ₹16162 and that too vouchers. I tried to connect to goibibo through mobile app, website, facebook, messenger & twitter but no-one is contacting me and helping me. I connected with national consumer helpline and my complaint number is 211519. Please contact me ([protected]) and sort out my issue and even better if the refund for the full amount is issued and in my original payment method. Thanks Mohona chakraborty. Jul 17, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They have not contacted me or resolved my issue but still i want to close the case as I have logged it in other platform.
