Please find details Booking ID GOFLDAND4D[protected] PNR - LQQPVR Lucknow to Kolkata Depart on Sun, 17 May 2020 Airlines- Indigo as the flight got cancelled due to lockdown COVID situation. The refund of Rs.9702/- has been credited in gocash wallet on 06 Oct 2020 but it has not been credited into my bank account. kindly transfer the same into my bank. while going to withdraw thru mobile app, after processing message comes "I'm sorry, something went wrong". kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
