[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund complaint | |||||
Hi team, i had recently booked train tickets from salem to mumbai in train # 11014 lokmanya tt exp for oct 11th under pnr [protected]. These tickets were cancelled on oct 6th but i am still awaiting for my refund of rupees 2515. I have tried calling the help desk and chatting via gohelp several times but haven’t got any update on my refund status. It’s more than a week now and i haven’t got any email also on my refund.
