Dear Sir,
It's been a long time refund request raised still there is no update from goibibo side. Not even able to get connected to customer service. What is the status of my refund ? Why it is still pending? Why airline not yet approved? Flight is cancelled by Airlines only . We are suffering because of that.

goibibo and spicejet together harassing customers by not paying refunds not even connecting then about the status .

Updated by Padma29 Now I processed refund only for one booking the other booking is still pending. that also with deducting convenience fees. The flight cancelled by spicejet itself still charging fees for that.
