[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund for Flights cancellation | |
1) Due to Covid my flight has been cancelled on April 2020. i have postponed and paid another 10K for the next available flight even that is cancelled. till then i am trying to reach to the customer care and trying to drop an email ..no response ( i am in abroad now so could able to reach them) 2) i have booked one more ticket from Hyd to Del and it got cancelled by the airlines at the last minute.for the same filght my company booked a ticket and they got the refund with in 15days. but the one which i booked they are saying still it is pending with airlines. firstly i didn't find a way to reach any customer representative or email ( both are not working) second they just keep on postponing the refund from last september ( example today they mentioned that they will process on march in november they told its January) please help me with this i am fully fedup with these process.
