Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund for particular hotel | |
I have booked hotel from goibibo for date -27th august to 30th august. My booking id is htlm95d222. I have booked against full refund cancellation policy before 26th august. I have cancelled my trip on 24th of august. And i still didn't receive refund as of now - today is 25nd september. I called goibibo customer care more than 18 times. Each time i get response that we are working on your ticket and backend team member or supervisor will call back you, but i never received a single call from their end. I guess no one in goibibo cares about their customers and it seems like they are trying for some kind of fraud here. I also get to know during this conversation that goibibo & makemytrip both have merge and no one cares about customer. I request authorities (If any) to take this on priority and provide me refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |
