Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund is not processed for flight rescheduled in goibibo in 25th April 2021 | |
I have booked my flight on FLEXI PLUS plan in Goibibo. I have rescheduled my flight from 8th May to 2nd May and later from 2nd may to 3rd July. I have received a refund of 1600 for the first time which I rescheduled from 8th May to 2rd May which is processed on 19th April 2021. But the refund which was processed on 25th April 2021 I did not receive the refund yet. But when I checked with indigo they informed me that they have processed a refund of amount 11, 260.00 . There is no customer care in Goibibo or no email where I can raise refund request. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
