This is in reference to your query regarding the booking confirmation for the booking ID:- GOMUPKGINTAND09a4830 . We would like to inform you that as per you request we had initiated the full refund for Booking id - SEA[protected], SEA[protected] from our end . So the amount will reflect within 7-14 working days in your same account from which you had done the payment . This mail is send by goibibo team on April 3 2020 but i have still not received any refund as a valued customer you have cheated and done fraud i have send you all flights cancellation certificates which was given by air asia. Also i would like to highlight when i go to the "My Trips" section. they have removed all my bookings from the "My Trips" section. of that particular PNRs. This is clear cut fraud case.
