[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund Issue for fully cancelled flight J8SPHGPNR

I raised a refund request on Goibibo site for cancelled flight by akasaair. I tracked the status on the site and it is showing 'No refund is applicable for this booking' but airline confirmed that amount is already refunded to the agency on 10 Feb but I didn't receive it yet.
Even I am not able to connect with any Goibibo team member. It is a bit disappointed. Please send me the status with ETA on my mail and get it done asap.
