On 23rd May i have booked train ticket from Madgaon (Goa) to Yesvantpur (Bangalore) for 28th May and even till today the status is same as in the attachment i have added to this complaint. When i tried talking to customer care they said it's not our department and i have a call recording of the conversation too.
I need the full refund. And someone has to contact me....

I was trying to lock the price fare from Raipur-Ahmedabad-Banglore Flight on 18th April for 21st May. Initially it asked me pay 299/- but upon proceeding to pay it charged me 1300/- I paid the amount only to face my second grievance which is now the flight was also taking a halt at Bhopal which wasn’t mentioned earlier. I booked four tickets of Spicejet through Goibibo.com from Delhi to Pune for family journey on 14th December 2022. Dear sir,

This is very regretful to say that a Train ticket covered under Go Confirmed Trip got waitlisted and hence Cancelled on 2nd September only, but till date I haven't received the refund amount as covered under Go Confirmed Trip.

Last ten days i am continuously following up with the Goibibo Customer support, I raised a complaint also but nothing has been done.

Hi, i have got Rs.6071 in my gocash wallet as part of cancelling the hotel reservation. It was booked using my bank account. I chose gocash as refund option and the amount got credited into gocash. Now i am unable to use that amount in other bookings . Its not showing any options. Also its not allowing to transfer back to my original bank account. There is no option in customer support to raise this issue. . my money Rs.6071 got stuck now....

I booked an international flight with goibibo and the schedule of the flight was changed by airline. I received an email that I can apply for refund. I did not like the new schedule and called the customer care to confirm if I will get full refund after the cancellation. We booked The Colonial Manek Manor, Mount Abu vide Goibibo site on 9th April with 100% payment in advance. Booking was done for 3 Deluxe rooms vide i.d No. HTLDMAMGBTHQUB9Q for 22nd Check in and 24th Check out.
