Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund issues against cancelled air ticket no.[protected] & pnr no: z2j99 (air india) | |
The refund against cancelled transection is not yet recieved, it always says "refund under process" and if i try to get refund details i always got a prompt stating "dear customer, we request you to please wait for 30 mins as the cancellation request placed by you for your booking is still under process. We will update you once the cancellation request gets completed within 30 mins. " and the status is same since i cancelled the ticket. It's been too long since this happened i had tried every phone no provided but couldn't reached to the human consultant, only pre programmed computerised ivr is available which i don't found helpful in my case. Transection details: Passenger name: mr. Chandrabhan sonawane Pnr no: z2j99 Ticket no:[protected] Booking date : 5th june 2020 Total amount paid : inr 16668 Vendor name : air india. I request to issue my refund as soon as possible, as it's already been too late (More that a month since i am waiting for refund). I has attached all the required screenshots on best of knowldge.
