Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not attempted and credited. | |||
Hello, My name is Manab Chatterjee. I am a regular customer of Goibibo. I booked a Go Air flight through Goibibo. PNR Number is YBRFTD The flight was on 14th Feb 2021. But the flight was cancelled by Go Air .The booking got cancelled on 6th January 2021 and they refunded the money back to Goibibo. I had to inform Goibibo about the same and they also got the confirmation from Go Air regarding the cancellation of the flight. From 21st January 2021, Goibibo is showing that the refund transaction was failed due to technical issue and they are looking into it.The refund was supposed to be credited to my account on 21st January 2021. From last two weeks I have been trying to contact Goibibo customer care regarding the refund but they are not responding. Today is 26th February 2021 and the money has still not being refunded to me. This kind of behaviour is not at all expected from a agency like Goibibo. I need the refund immediately. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
