Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not being processed | |
I have aN Indigo flight that I had booked though goibibo and then rescheduled using the same platform. Pnr: KRYH6R Date flight was rescheduled: 11th May, 2021 However, the refund amount of Rs 1740 was never credited to my account. All I have is an email with subject: "Reference No.[protected] : GOFLDMTANDC[protected]". Screen shot if the conversation with support team of goibibo and confirmation that I am eligible for the refund is attached. Also attaching the latest follow up email where I am not receiving any respobse in this. Was this information helpful? | |
