Hi, My booking PNR number is MGMCMS Goibibo ID is GOFLIIOS8CCBC[protected] A refund of INR16838 was initiated by Indigo airlines in July2020 to Goibibo. Despite several emails, phone calls, chats and tweets my issue has not been addressed. There is no way I am able to speak to an actual person as all their support system is automated. I have still not heard from the team. Here's the last message on 5th April and after that no emails or customer support calls are offering any assistance.
