[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received for flight cancellation | |||
HI Goibibo Team, I had a flight on 17th March 2020 with Indigo airline booked from Goibibo. On 15th, i recieved information from indigo that the scheduled flight got cancelled and they proposed a new and totally different itenarary. They gave the option to either accept the alternate flight or get the full refund. I choose the option to get the full refund and cancelled the flight with the airline directly. Also raised the refund request in goibibo also. Till now i have not recieved any refund and did not get any information on when i will recieve it. Its been more then 6 months.
