Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received from 1 year | |||||
I have booked my flight ticket on last year and due to covid that flighy got cancelled and i have applied for refund of money...as GOIBIBI mentioned that refund date is on feb 2021 and till now i didnt received any refund or mail regarding that...and 2 days back i mailed them regarding refund and they have replied that problem is on their side as they have some problem in their payment gateway and they asked me to submit new bank details so they can initiate again...and today i got mail that im not applicable for refund because of policy...and they senr some invoice showing that it is invalid...i even sent them all my documents including bank statements and tickets... please find all the documents attached and help me to get my refund back my mail:-vishal.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
