Refund not received since last 20 days whereas bank has confirmed that merchant has recvd the paymnt. I am using goibibo since last 2 years but never faced this problem. But yes this time i am really frustrated. My amount was deducted on 23rd november, 2019 for two transactions for a hotel booking on goibibo.com. The booking is for rupasai bangla eco resort - but i didnt receive my refund since last 20 days. Transctn id — 1950 rs against gohtldandk9u6z9s And 851 rs againsr htlfyj4akp Registered my emailids - [protected]@[protected]@gmail.com I have following up with every day but still no update.
