Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received with false commitment | |
I had booked Flight ticket last year ( 27/01/2020 ) from your portal for SpiceJet ( PNR Z8VEMF ) however due to Covid issue i could not use the same . After waiting for almost an year & following up with Spice jet they had transferred the refund back to Goibibo . Then i started following up with Goibibo team for which they were supposed to refund me my booking amount by mid of Jun 21 as per their mail communication with me . Now they have generated the refund Invoice ( GOFLDMOB[protected] Dated 27/5/21 ) but unable to transfer the money back to my account stating that they are unable to transfer the refund through the Gateway from where i booked the tickets & to receive my refund i need to update my details on the link given in that particular mail body . To my surprise that link is not taking me anywhere even if i try to login with the same mobile or Email id from which i have been communicated with Goibibo & also the same mail id was registered while booking . I therefor request you to arrange the call back from Goibibo to verify & transfer the Refund to my account or send me the link ( which should work ) from which i need to update the required details so that you can transfer the amount .
