Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of Air Ticket booked in covid time | |
Dear /Sir, Last year i have booked air ticket with them of go air, but due to lockdown that was cancelled, In march 2020 goair refunded my money to go ibibo. But they are not refunding my money. they are non contactable. I request to take proper legal action against them. I am attaching the cancellation invoice for your reference. I am not getting any reply from them. Please take appropriate against Goibibo group since they are cheating their customers openly.
