Dear Sir/Madam PNR JFG8SV FLIGHT TICKET REFUND NOT EXECUTED WHEREAS INDIGO ALREADY CLEARED THE REFUND ON 9 JULY20. ( JOURNEY DURATION 25 APRIL 20 DEPARTURE AND 5 JUNE 20 RETURN) RETURN TICKET OF PNR NHM3XC REFUND STILL AWAITED. INDIGO CANCELLED FLIGHT ON 20/3/20 WITH CLEAR MAIL TO CUSTOMER STILL GOIBIBO SAYING TICKET IS UTILIZED. Attaching screen shots of messages received from indigo airlines. Indigo cleared all refunds without any cancellation charges. So goibibo is not authorized to deduct any charges, as all flight cancellations are through Airlines himself and customer has no constraints. I AM JOBLESS FROM MARCH-20 I AM IN DIRE NEED OF REFUND. PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL. ONLINE SUPPORT IS VERY COMPLICATED AND THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR DIRECT CONTACT. ALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS NOT CONNECTING TO CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTLY.
