Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of airtickets booked during covid | |
I had booked an airticket under PNR L6CRVL through goibibo. The carrier Spicejet has already confirmed refunding the amount to the agent. Goibibo has not still refunded the amount to me. None of its helplines work and there is no way to contact them. Seems another cheating business. Hope someone intervenes and refund the amount due to me. Was this information helpful? | |
