Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of cancellation of ticket due to covid restriction

I have booked ticker of Airlines from GOIBIBO in FEB 2020. In March due to COVID lockdown has been imposed in INDIA and there is complete restriction on TRAVEL in INDIA. So I submit a claim of refund of those tickets. Detail of booked tickets is as under:

I have already submitted by refund request with GOIBIBO. GOIBIBO also insist me to adjust this amount in future travel which I have already denied. COVID and lockdown already hamper the financial situation of everybody badly. At present everybody is trying survive in present condition instead of plan for outing. Being of conversation many times with GOIBIBO, I not get any information for process my refund. So I request you to kindly address my grievance and release my refund amount at earliest.
