Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of cancelled flight ticket not received

My flights with booking ID GOFLDAND80CD[protected] were cancelled due to Covid-19. Refund was paid by respective airline, Indigo to Goibibo in October 2020. The refund of the tickets from Goibibo is not yet credited. I received a mail from Goibibo on 13th January saying the refund is initiated and will reflect in 3-5 days. But the refund is not yet received even after 1 month. The amount is 17196 rupees. Please find attached the screenshots.
