We are senior citizens and have booked our tickets from bangalore to torronto
On account of pandemic all our flights of airindia were cancelled.
We have cancelled our tickets and we are waiting for for our refunds.
We are unable get our refund since you are not available over phone. And our mailsto customer support has not been fulfilled so far.
Kindly refund our money of. 190000 by return by crediting to our credit card and oblige.
Please help me since we have to make our travel plans meet our son and grandson very urgently as we are old and health is very poor
