On 11th May 2018 I had to book bus ticket for Mumbai to Shirdi through red bus Laxmi Narayan Travels 04 seats & Account is debited of amount 860/- Then I cancelled tickits. On 29th Oct 2018 I have received msg Your refund request of Rs.860/- against proposal no: [protected] received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days . But till now I dnt have received said amount. Requested credit or refund my 860/- Rs. So I humble request to you that please refund my above said amount as earliest.
