Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of my unused tickets | |
Dear Team, I had done booking through GoIbibo last year for Spicejet Air Travel but due to Covid issue I could not use it . Spicejet have initiated the refund to Go Ibibo on 14th Apr 2021 which ultimately to be transferred to my account . please confirm when and how will I receive my refund amount as I am not receiving any revert from GoIbibo as all their Phones and mail I'd are kept on Auto revert which doesn't solve my refund issue .
