Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of the Flight ticket | |
I have tried to contact for 4-5 times to the Goibibo and have not received any call by any customer service. My GoAir flight was cancelled to which I had to receive the refund around 26th December, 2020, since then I have been getting delayed every time they ask me to wait one more week. I want the refund to be initiated as soon as possible. I have also given all the bank details as requested by the customer agent. The details of the ticket are mentioned below:- PNR- B9E1KT Booking ID GOFLDAND9EC[protected] Booked on 24 Mar 2020. The airlines have already approved the same. The refund is delayed by Goibibo for 3 weeks as of now. I want the process to be accelerated and recieve my refund now. Was this information helpful? | |
