Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund provided by airline to goibibo but goibibo denying refund and providing credit voucher | |||
Hi, I booked total 7 tickets with 2 PNRs (H8E3QJ And M4TD7S) I canceled my tickets at goibibo on 26-March-2020.My travel is from Leh to Mumabi on 16-may-2020. Cancellation is processed correctly from Goair airline on 4th of April and they provided refund amount deducting cancellation charges to Goibibo. But goibibo giving Refund as a credit voucher that too after deducting my cancellation charges, If cancellation charges are deducted I am eligible for refund as airlines are providing credit shell as full amount not half. Please find attached invoice from airline that they are claiming that they provided refund to goibibo and i think that is the fact Was this information helpful? | |||
